Service providers
Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email inbox. Website usage analytics are processed by Microsoft Clarity and Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). Our website host and email provider also process data on our behalf. Some providers may store information outside Quebec or Canada; where that happens, we assess that the information will receive adequate protection.
Cookies and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, through heatmaps, session recordings and aggregated usage statistics. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling and device and browser type. Clarity masks text entered in form fields, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Data is processed by Microsoft; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We also use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and form submissions. These tools use cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Data is processed by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The site does not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. Information is then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask how your information is used. Contact us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No online transmission is completely secure.
